This month we’re directed to look deeply into our persona. We’ve accumulated a lot of programming since birth, even when we wish it wasn’t true. Do you look at yourself in a mirror, and truthfully tell yourself this is the real you? Are you paying attention to how you act and feel? We have an opinion about everything, its best to stay balanced, sometimes we can Rosie it up with some rose colored glasses and try not to blacken every experience with negativity. It is okay to have judgement, yet not to become critical. Being critical only leads to more sadness. We are not always seen clearly by others, and we don’t always see ourselves clearly either. With so many unhappy people, we’ve allowed ourselves to think it may be the human condition.
How we can start to unravel some of the programming might be by asking simple questions to alleviate any personal suffering. Losing weight, making more money, or finding love are more than a decision, once you come to an idea then put it into proactive movement. Always sounds easier than it is, sure, life gets in the way, but create your own reality the best you can. We don’t always have to like everything or everyone, it’s better for our psyche to accept others with unconditional love. Sticking up for ourselves, yet treating others how we want to be treated. Peering into our idiosyncrasies may seem meaningless, yet they are guidelines to coming back to what we really need for health, vitality and our focus ability.
We want to be agile, youthful, and have a spontaneous mind to create decisions and solutions. Excitement isn’t recklessness, partying too much rarely leads to balance, and finding numerous faults doesn’t lead to peace. Value is like treasure and comes in many forms, how you live up to your personal value and who you value, determines our lives.

– Some think it’s not humble to have self-concern but you need to feel well and look your best. If you don’t step into it, no one can build your strength and vitality to wholeness like you can. This is your journey on earth, and you have to make it the best possible.
